2010 Capitol Christmas Tree

For the first time ever, Wyoming + Jackson Hole are proud to been sending to DC the Capitol Christmas Tree.  A 67 foot Engleman Spruce tree harvested near Moran, Wyo., in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. What a great celebration, parade and send off to DC we had Saturday on our Town Square.  See the Facebook Page for more photos of it being cut down.

Playing Cowboy at the Mariposa

We had a great western adventure at the Mariposa Ranch over a long weekend.  Steve & Polly Friess hosted us with their kids (Cotler,  Ginger and Thatcher) on the Friess family ranch in Cody, Wyoming.  Thank God Genevieve has not asked for a pony yet after the experience.

Blue Angels Air Show

Whoa – great day at the Idaho Falls Air Show with the Blue Angels as the final act.  Genevieve was not sure about the noise and Jack was in heaven.  They both actually loved the day with complete excitement upon returning home to share with Mom.
